The Nesting 15
Last night, when I was putting lotion on my legs, I noticed that they were all soft and flabby. And they looked bigger than usual.
I’ve been wearing boxy dresses a lot lately. I told myself that it was because it was chic, but it is also really comfortable to not have something dig into your waistline.
I don’t pose for pictures anymore, and I haven’t worn a pair of jeans in months.
I eat multi-course dinners, and sit around “resting” and watching tv afterwards.
Yup, I am suffering from the Nesting 15. Now, what can I do about it?

Ach me too! I can’t fit into a single pair of my jeans. Even my face got fat, but it all happened so grdually that I didn’t even notice it.

You could always engage in sexercise! ;o)
I’ve gained 15lbs since my wedding in May, and just started the Jay Robb Fruit Flush to jumpstart my body before beginning a healthier regimen. If you want the attachment of the 3-day diet, email me!

Try the 30 day shred. It’s just 20 minutes long and you can do it in your comfy clothes while you’re at home. It’ll really make a difference and is a perfect kick start to getting back into exercising. GOOD LUCK!

Just start working out in small increments each day. Start with three days a week. And watch what you eat a little. You will be back to comfy in no time.
